Wheeling Charges with Consideration of Consumer Load Modeling

G.R. Yousefi, H. Seifi, "Wheeling Charges with Consideration of Consumer Load Modeling", IEEE PES, Power Systems Conference and Exposition, October 2004, New York, USA, pp. 587-592.

ABSTRACT:
Electric energy wheeling is one of current industrial practices. Based on nodal pricing theory of marginal cost, an approach is proposed in this paper in which the transition costs of both active and reactive powers are calculated. The effects of consumer load modeling are also observed both in the optimization procedure and the results. The proposed algorithm is evaluated on a 9-bus test system.
